๐Ÿ”„ Smart Cooldown System (Player-Based, Not Item-Based)

Each EMP attack and defense device has its own cooldown per player, not per item. This means:

  • A player cannot bypass cooldowns by carrying multiple EMP or shield items.

  • Once a player activates any EMP device, no other EMP can be used by that player until the cooldown expires.

  • The same rule applies to defensive shields โ€” using one starts a global cooldown timer that blocks all other shield uses until it's over.

This system ensures fair tactical play, prevents spamming, and supports balanced PvP and roleplay scenarios. Great for RP servers where fairness and cooldown timing are critical.
